To do this, add the Hotspot block to the page and follow the steps - 

1. Add the appropriate image in the **Hotspot Image** section in the **Content** tab.

2. Then, in the **Pin Content** tab, open the repeater item on which you want to use text. Select **Text** from the **Pin Type** section.

3. After that, add your text in the **Pin Title** field.

4. Then enable the **Tooltip** toggle, and add the appropriate content for the tooltip in the **Content** tab.  

Now you will see your text as a hotspot over the image.
