To do this, add the Hotspot block to the page and follow the steps - 

1. Add the appropriate image in the **Hotspot Image** section in the **Content** tab.

2. Then, in the **Pin Content** tab, open the repeater item that you to open the tooltip with a click. Then select the appropriate pin type from the **Pin Type** section and add the pin.

3. Then enable the **Tooltip** toggle, and add the appropriate content for the tooltip in the **Content** tab.

4. After that, go to the **Style** tab.  

5. Enable the **Tooltip Options** toggle and select **Click** from the **Triggers** section. 

Now for that hotspot, the tooltip will open with a mouse click.
