A visitor who clicked through from your pricing page is asking a different question from one who arrived from a blog post.
This condition shows the popup only to people who came from an address you name.

Before You Start
- Edition: Pro — the Popup Builder block is part of Nexter Blocks Pro.
- Block to enable: Popup Builder, switched on under Nexter > Blocks in your WordPress dashboard.
- The popup’s content decided: a short message, a form, or a saved pattern to load into it.

Steps
- Add the Popup Builder block to your page and click Design from Scratch.
- In the Content panel, choose a Type and set the popup’s size.
- Set Content Type and add what the popup should show.
- Open Display Conditions and switch Arriving From Specific URL on.
- Paste the address visitors will have come from into the field.
- Publish the page and test it on the front end.
A popup can have more than one display condition switched on at once. Leave On Button Click on only if you also want the button to open it.
How It Behaves
- The address you enter is written into the page exactly as typed, and the script compares it with the page the visitor came from.
- It is about the previous page, not the current one, so the popup can sit on any page you like.
- It works for links from your own site and from other sites.
- Combine it with a per visitor limit so the same journey does not trigger it repeatedly.
Limitations
- Pro only.
- Browsers do not always pass the previous address. Someone arriving from a bookmark, a typed address, or a link marked noreferrer will not match.
- Traffic from an HTTPS page to an HTTP page loses the referrer entirely.
- The address has to match what the browser actually reports, so a trailing slash or a query string can stop it matching.
Troubleshooting
The popup never appears
Test by really clicking a link from the page you named — opening the address directly sends no referrer at all, so nothing can match.
It works from some links but not others
Those links probably carry a noreferrer attribute, or come from a site that strips the referrer.
