The block-level fields only set the labels on the filter bar.* ## How It Behaves - The filter bar lists one entry per distinct category, plus an "All" entry — measured on a published page, four members across two categories produced exactly three links.- The "All" entry carries the total member count alongside its label.- **A member can belong to more than one category** — separate them with commas in that member's Category field.- **Without Nexter Blocks Pro no filter bar renders at all.** Measured with Pro switched off: the members still appeared, with no filter above them.- Filtering happens in the browser, so every member stays in the page markup for search engines. ## Limitations - **Pro only** — measured, nothing renders without it.- **The category filter does not appear on the Carousel layout.** Measured: with the filter switched on and the layout set to Carousel, no filter bar rendered at all, while the same settings on Grid produced it. Use Grid or Masonry if you need filtering.- Categories are typed per member rather than chosen from a list, so a typo makes a whole extra filter entry — keep the spelling consistent.- The filter bar shows categories in the order they are first used, not alphabetically. ## Troubleshooting ### My filter bar is not showing Check three things, all measured: Nexter Blocks Pro is active, the layout is not Carousel, and at least one member has something in their Category field. ### I have a duplicate filter entry Two members have slightly different spellings — "Design" and "design" become separate entries. Make the spelling identical across members. ### A member should appear under two categories Put both in that member's Category field, separated by a comma. ### The categories are in the wrong order They follow the order they first appear in the member list rather than alphabetical order.
