How to Add Keyword Suggestions For Search in WordPress? (Most Searched)

Do you want to show keyword suggestions for search in WordPress? Suggesting specific keywords can be a smart move to encourage people to search for particular terms, boosting the chances of conversion.

With the Search Bar block from the Nexter Blocks, you can easily add custom keyword suggestions in search.

Requirement  – This block is a part of the Nexter Blocks, make sure it’s installed & activated to enjoy all its powers.

To do this, add the Search Bar block on the page or template and follow the steps –

1. Select the appropriate source and type for search.

2. Then go to the Extra Option tab, and enable the Prefilled Suggestions toggle.

3. Then, in the Suggestions Word field, you can add your custom keywords as suggested keywords.

Note: You can use a separator (|) to add multiple keywords.

Now you’ll see your entered keywords showing as an auto suggestion on clicking the search input.
