Does Nexter Theme work with all Page Builders?

Not all but the most popular ones, currently it is compatible with Elementor Page Builder & Gutenberg Block Editor We have plans to add more to the list soon. If you face any issues, feel free to submit a ticket on our helpdesk.

Can I upgrade my plan to a higher one later?

Absolutely, you can upgrade your plan by just paying the difference between the amounts. Visit your Store Store Dashboard → Purchase History → View Licences → View Upgrade and select the plan you wish to upgrade.

Will my website freeze or break if I don't renew and my license expires?

You will receive an email prior to the expiry date for license renewal. If you miss that, then your license won't be active, after which you won't receive any updates and premium support at the helpdesk. Be rest assured, your site will remain intact with all its widgets. But do note, we recommend updating to the latest one, as we actively release new versions with better compatibility with PHP, Gutenberg & security updates.

On the limited sites plan, would I use that on my local host or on a staging environment?

Yes, you can use the license on local-host and staging sites unlimited times, regardless of the limited website plan. Do note, staging sites will be considered only if they:

With so many features, will my website slow down?

Not at all, we know the importance of website speed in the fast-moving world. Nexter Theme & Blocks were built keeping speed & performance in mind. Everything has been kept modular, i.e., you only enable the features you’re using, and the rest will be disabled as if they never existed on your site. Plus, we don't use any jQuery in our code, we have code all in pure Vanilla JS. Moreover, we've got smart inbuilt Ajax loading templates, which means no section is made unless the section is opened.

Will my license renew automatically?

Yes, set it and forget it. You will receive a notification via mail before the renewal date with the amount that will be charged for renewal. After which it will be automatically dedicated on the desired date. You can also opt for our Lifetime plans if you wish to pay only once, where you enjoy lifetime updates and support without any interference.

Can I transfer or change the domain in a license?

Yes, you can easily transfer a license from 1 domain to other in an active plan directly from our store. Simply click deactivate on 1 plan and activate the key on the new domain. But do note, you will only receive updates on the domain where the license is activated.

Does Nexter Blocks works with any Page Builder?

Our Blocks work with only WordPress default Block Editor, also known as Gutenberg. If you’re looking for Elementor version, then check our other addon plugins delicately for Elementor Page Builder—The Plus Addons for Elementor.

What Payment Methods are supported?

Does Nexter Blocks work with other WordPress Theme apart from Nexter?

Yes, we run multiple tests with various themes in multiple server environments to make sure you experience a bug-free, smoother website-building experience with Nexter Blocks. Still, if you encounter any issues, just reach us via support. We will get this sorted as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my plugin subscriptions at any time?

First of all, we are sorry that we weren't able to stand up to your expectations, before canceling, please do share what went wrong so that we can improve this plugin for the future. You can cancel your yearly subscriptions directly from our Store Dashboard → Manage Subscriptions → Click on Cancel. Your site will remain intact and no widgets will be deleted, but you won't receive our new, exciting features and updates.

Can I White Label the Plugin and Theme?

Yes, you can completely White Label both the PRO and FREE plugin names, logos, descriptions & links. This can be beneficial if you manage multiple websites for your clients, where you can personalize the plugin under your company name.
