If you want to set a specific tab to be opened by default rather than always having the first tab open, you can easily make that change in the Nexter Blocks Tabs Tours block.
To do so add the Tabs Tours block on the page and go to Extra Options > Default Active Tab and from the dropdown choose the tab item number you want to set as active by default.
The number you choose here will be set as the active tab item and will remain open on page load.
